Real impact on the ground, but almost no one found it online
Hayah Foundation is a business with a humanitarian mission: it builds water wells and other sadaqah jariyah projects in Pakistan, Bangladesh, India and Nepal. Customers choose a specific project, such as a hand-pump well that serves more than 20 people a day, and receive reports and videos once it's built.
Demand wasn't the problem; reach was. In the month before Neutrons started, Google Search sent the site only 115 clicks.
Customers were searching for exactly what Hayah offers, but Hayah's pages weren't among the answers.
A custom Next.js + Shopify platform, built around how customers buy
Content can only drive sales if the website turns readers into customers. Neutrons rebuilt Hayah's site from the ground up as a native Next.js website with Shopify behind it, tailored to Hayah's projects and the way its customers buy.
- Choose a specific project to buy
- Read and buy in their own language
- Pay in their own currency
- Dedicate a well to a loved one
- See proof that the project was built
- Ask a question before buying
- Native Next.js website
- Shopify cart and checkout
- Arabic, English and French
- Currency switching
- Name-on-plaque option for each project
- Reports and videos sent via WhatsApp
- WhatsApp contact on every page
Research first. Then build.
Before writing any code or content, Neutrons studied the market, the competition and Hayah itself.
Market research
We mapped how customers search for water-well and sadaqah jariyah projects in Arabic, English and French, and which questions they ask before buying.
Competitor analysis
We analysed the organisations already ranking for those searches: their pages, their content and the gaps they left open.
Client meetings
In several meetings with Hayah's team we gathered what only they know: their projects, costs, countries, customers and how they report back.
Strategy
We turned the research into one plan: a rebuilt platform, targeted articles and landing pages designed to bring in sales.
- Keyword research
- Competitor analysis
- Search intent mapping
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Client meetings
Four layers, one customer journey
The strategy connects four layers. Search brings customers in, clear answers build trust, AI assistants recommend Hayah, and every page leads to a project customers can buy.
SEO
Rank for the searches customers make before buying.
- Targeted blog articles
- Project landing pages
- Arabic, English and French pages
- High-intent, ready-to-buy searches
AEO
Answer customers' real questions clearly.
- Articles built around customers' questions
- Clear answers before purchase
- Guides for each type of project
GEO
Be the source AI assistants recommend.
- Content AI assistants can understand and cite
- Visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot
Conversion
Turn readers into customers.
- Project pages with clear prices
- Shopify cart and checkout
- WhatsApp contact
- Tracking of every step to purchase
Four layers, one journey: each layer feeds the next.
Want customers to find you the same way?
We combine research, a site built to convert, and SEO, AEO and GEO into one growth system.
Every project page works like a sales page
Each project, from a hand-pump well to a deep artesian well, has its own page with the price, what it delivers and a direct way to buy it.
- Project price, with the saving shown
- Depth, build time, lifespan and people served
- Countries where the project is built
- Name on the plaque, or anonymous
- WhatsApp number for reports and videos
- Add to cart and Shopify checkout
- Language and currency switchers
Building natively in Next.js gave Neutrons full control over page structure, metadata and multilingual URLs: the foundation the SEO, AEO and GEO work is built on.
Targeted content written to convert, not just to rank
Instead of generic blog posts, every article targets a question customers ask on their way to buying, and points them to a project they can order.
Pre-purchase guides
Answers to the exact questions customers ask right before they buy.
Topic guides
Context that helps customers choose the right project with confidence.
Project landing pages
Each project type has its own page, where readers become customers.
Three languages, one customer journey
Content in Arabic, English and French reaches customers in the Gulf, North Africa and Europe, and leads them to the projects they can order.
- Arabic for customers across the Gulf and North Africa
- French for customers in France and Europe
- English for international customers
- A clear path from article to project
Growth in every major market
Google clicks grew across the Gulf, North Africa and Europe in the first month. Saudi Arabia, one of the region's biggest markets for sadaqah jariyah projects, went from 6 clicks to 61.
